Breast cancer was never distant in my life. With a family history, I knew it was possible—but nothing prepares you for experiencing it yourself.
After my own mastectomy surgery, I was given a post-op bra that felt nothing like what I needed. It was uncomfortable, unflattering, and a constant reminder of a moment I was trying to move through with strength.
Women deserve better.
So, I created it.
Bravery Bra was born from lived experience—designed for women navigating recovery, healing, and everything that comes with it. Because it’s not just about physical support, it’s about feeling like yourself again when everything feels unfamiliar.
This brand represents real strength. Not the kind that pretends everything is easy—but the kind that shows up anyway, even on the hardest days.

Angelica M. Miller is a purpose driven fashion designer and entrepreneur who believes clothing should do more than adorn the body – it should honor the story of the woman wearing it. As the founder of AAMAE, Angelica creates elevated, timeless collections infused with strength edge, and the richness of her Colombian heritage. Her designs for both women and men reflect her belief that style is a form of identity, resilience, and self-expression.
At the core of her work is a deep commitment to women’s healing and empowerment. As the Artistic Designer and Board Advisor for Bravery Bra, Angelica helps reimagine recovery wear for women battling cancer – blending softness with sophistication, and comfort with dignity. Her mission is rooted in lived understanding and compassion: to ensure that no women feels invisible in her most vulnerable moments.
Through her collection and every cause, she touches, Angelica designs with intention – creating pieces that not only elevate how people look, but how they feel.

Bridgette Vital is a seasoned business leader, strategist, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across sales, operations, and organizational development. She has led teams through transformation while building cultures grounded in alignment, growth, and meaningful customer experience.
Bridgette supported Liliana through her breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery—and played a meaningful role in helping bring Bravery Bra to life.
She brings a thoughtful approach to brand building, blending strategy, creativity, and a deep focus on community connection.
At Bravery Bra, Bridgette advises on branding, marketing, and business strategy, helping ensure the company’s mission is reflected in every touchpoint. Laura Harmon is a Strategic People & Culture Executive with over 25 years of experience helping organizations build strong, human-centered workplaces.
She’s known for shaping thoughtful people’s strategies, guiding leaders through change, and creating environments where teams can truly thrive. She currently serves as Head of Human Resources for North America at a global medical technology company.
Her connection to Bravery Bra is deeply personal. Walking alongside her mother through her breast cancer journey changed the way Laura understands care, resilience, and what it really means to support someone through the hardest moments. It’s an experience that stays with her—and one that continues to shape how she shows up, both personally and professionally.
