Returns & Exchanges
At Bravery Bra, we want every woman to feel comfortable, supported, and confident in her purchase.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, deodorant, makeup, perfume, or alterations cannot be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we are happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. We also offer one free size exchange for first-time bra purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@braverybras.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
